CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the reservation is made you will receive an email with the confirmation. This type of table reservation requires the prepayment of the minimum cost of the reservation at the time of reservation.
The cancellation and refund of the amount of the reservation will only be possible if it is cancelled before 48 hours.
In case of not making the payment of the reservation 24 hours before your arrival at Olivia Valere, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
In case of not meeting the maximum number of people in the company, the right of admission and non-refund of the amount of the reservation is reserved. In the same way, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund if both the reservation holder and the companions do not comply with the rules of our dress code.
The dress code is elegant shirt for men are mandatory.
(T-shirt, short, tracksuit, tank top, sandals, flip flop and shoulder bags are not allowed)
Restaurant LØV reserves the right of admission. Olivia Valere Group has a strict policy regarding misbehaviour which will result in immediate eviction as a consequence the client will not be welcome anymore.
Reservations are kept 15 minutes after time your table will be released.
Guest without reservation may be accepted depending on our availability.
Our restaurant service is provided until 1 am. From tables are booked only for bottles.
LØV restaurant reserves the right to release your table after a period of 2 hour.
Opening time 9 pm until 2 am.
